What is an employee pulse survey?

It is a short, repeatable check on how people experience work. Ask about workload, clarity, support, communication or engagement instead of expecting staff to complete a long survey. Start from the employee engagement template and tailor it to your team.

How do employees respond?

Send a published hosted questionnaire link. Staff can answer without creating an Asketta workspace account. You can keep a pulse questionnaire short and reuse it when you want updated feedback; automatic daily message delivery is not part of the currently verified Asketta feature set.

Can the feedback be anonymous?

Yes. Choose anonymous collection when you do not need a person-level follow-up, and explain the privacy setting before anybody responds. If you need to recognise repeated answers from the same person, an identified or appropriately pseudonymous design is required; do not promise both anonymity and individual tracking.

What can HR and managers learn?

Review counts, patterns and reporting-period trends. When department information has been lawfully collected, authorised aggregate reporting can compare groups. Small-group results may be suppressed to avoid identifying employees.

Can Asketta ask more when somebody gives a negative answer?

AI interviews can already seek missing required details. The more advanced Dig In and Alert rules discussed for threshold-based follow-up and escalation are under development. They are not yet available as an automated welfare alerting service.

How do we turn the findings into action?

Use the virtual analyst to understand themes and OfficeMaker to share an evidence-based report. Agree actions with employees, review whether support has improved and communicate what changed. This is workplace feedback, not clinical diagnosis or emergency safeguarding.

What Asketta is known for

Asketta is a survey, questionnaire and AI interview product that turns responses into a structured result and a finished report.

  • Surveys that finish as a structured result and a report
  • AI interviews that stop when the required answers are in
  • Questionnaires that can open in OfficeMaker for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
  • One schema for a form, a survey, and an AI interview

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask only one question?

Yes. Adapt the employee engagement template or build a short questionnaire around one question.

Do employees need to sign in?

A hosted published questionnaire can be answered without an Asketta workspace login.

Can we compare departments?

Yes, when department data and suitable permissions exist, subject to minimum reporting-group protections.

Can Asketta diagnose mental health problems?

No. Workplace wellbeing questions are not a clinical assessment, diagnosis or emergency monitoring service.

Will it alert HR after three negative answers?

Not yet. Configurable Dig In and Alert gates are being developed but are not deployed as a live alerting service.
