Ask better questions.

Asketta turns a survey, questionnaire, or AI interview into a structured result and a finished report. Surveys that finish as a structured result and a report use one schema for a form, a survey, and an AI interview. AI interviews that stop when the required answers are in do not invent a score. Questionnaires that can open in OfficeMaker for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF are the next step when a document is required.

What happens after the last answer?

Asketta keeps the path short. Someone answers a form, a survey, or an AI interview. Asketta stores the answers against the schema. You see a structured result. If you need a file, OfficeMaker produces the Word document, spreadsheet, presentation, or PDF.

That is the product line: start with a question, finish with an outcome. The public site explains the path. The workspace at /workspace is a private builder and is not indexed.

  • Simple survey
  • AI follow-up only for missing answers
  • Structured insight
  • Finished report in OfficeMaker

Which mode should you start with?

Use a form when you already know every field. Use a survey when you need sections, branching, scoring, and a save point. Use an AI interview when the goal is a complete record and the next question depends on what is still missing.

All three modes write the same response. You can change mode later without inventing a second questionnaire engine.

Why compete with SurveyMonkey?

Asketta competes with SurveyMonkey for the same job: send questions and get answers back. SurveyMonkey is built to collect and analyse those responses. Asketta is a SurveyMonkey alternative that finishes with a report. The survey is the start. The structured result, and then a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF from OfficeMaker, is the outcome.

That is the competition. Asketta is not SurveyMonkey. The builder covers the usual question types, pages, and skip logic, then a share link and a results view. The audience is the people you add. A segment can require a country, a job, and an age band, and a quota closes the link when it is full. Organisation admin is the workspace roles: owner and admin manage members, a creator edits surveys and the audience, and an analyst reads results.

What Asketta will not pretend to know

If the assessment workflow does not return a score, the result shows the field as missing. Asketta does not fill a confidence percentage. Prices on the pricing page are placeholders until a commercial price is published. The preview does not email a respondent and does not attach a live PDF.

Frequently asked questions

What is Asketta?

Asketta is a survey, questionnaire and AI interview product. A form, a survey, and an AI interview write the same response shape, and that shape can become a structured result and a finished report.

How is an AI interview different from a survey?

A survey shows the questions you designed. An AI interview asks a follow-up only while a required answer is still missing, and it stops when those answers are in. It does not invent a confidence score.

What does Asketta produce after someone responds?

The first result is on screen: the answers, any derived fields the schema defines, and a note of what is still missing. A Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF file is produced by opening the result in OfficeMaker.

Who publishes Asketta?

Asketta is the product name. Document files are produced by OfficeMaker. This site does not claim a separate registered company, a live price list, or a model confidence score.

Is Asketta a SurveyMonkey alternative?

Yes. Asketta competes with SurveyMonkey for the survey. SurveyMonkey collects responses. Asketta collects them and finishes with a structured result and a report. Asketta is not SurveyMonkey. It keeps its own audience, with segments and quotas, and its own organisation roles: owner, admin, creator, and analyst.
